Privacy Policy

Kronos Forecast (kronosforecast.com), including its web terminal and bot API, is operated by Rubio & Berry (ABN 89 790 781 274), Australia ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact: murray@rubioberry.com.

• Account details: email address, and basic profile data if you sign in with Google.
• Usage data: forecasts run, selected symbols, models and settings, daily quota counts.
• Data you upload: OHLCV CSV files used to generate forecasts.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, logs, and error reports.
• Cookies and local storage used to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

Pro plan payments are processed by Square. Card details are entered on Square's hosted checkout and never reach our servers. We store only the order reference, plan, amount and access dates. Square's handling of your data is governed by the Square Privacy Notice.

• Cloud hosting, database and authentication providers that run the site.
• Square — payment processing.
• Market data sources (e.g. Binance, Yahoo Finance) — we request prices; no personal data is sent.
• AI forecasting provider (TSFM.ai) — receives price series only, not your identity.

Pro members can swap digital assets from their own self-custody wallet, using routing provided by Uniswap and third-party liquidity protocols. When you use this feature:

• For arbitrage trades, your wallet reads from and transacts with the Aave v3 lending protocol directly; we do not store your loan positions.
• We process your public wallet address, selected chain, tokens and amounts to request a quote from Uniswap, which handles that data under its own privacy terms.
• Transactions are signed in your wallet and recorded on public blockchains; on-chain data is public and cannot be deleted.
• We never receive your private keys or seed phrase and do not hold your funds.
• Availability may depend on your jurisdiction and applicable law.

• To provide the service, run forecasts and enforce plan limits (contract).
• To process payments and grant Pro access (contract, legal obligation).
• To secure the service, prevent fraud and debug errors (legitimate interests).
• To send essential account emails such as password resets.
• To meet legal, tax and AML/CTF obligations.

Kronos Forecast is a research preview. Forecasts are probabilistic model outputs and are not financial advice. We do not use your data to make trading decisions on your behalf.

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it on request, except records we must keep by law (e.g. payment and AML/CTF records). Uploaded CSVs are used to compute forecasts and are not kept longer than needed.

Our providers may process data outside Australia (e.g. the US and EU). We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and row-level database security. No system is perfectly secure; please keep your password and API tokens private.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, where applicable, the GDPR or CCPA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, or request a copy. Email murray@rubioberry.com. If unsatisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

The service, including swap features, is for people aged 18 and over.
